Our Fairtrade Assam is grown high in the mountains of Northern India. Assam tea is renowned for its deep, malty flavour. Rich and full-bodied, it brews into a bold, satisfying cup that can be enjoyed with or without milk.
 
For the perfect brew, steep 2.5g of tea in 200ml of water at 98°C for 3-4 minutes to bring out its robust character.
